The Seminar’s participants were greeted by Mr. Gunter Kirchner, Secretary General of Organization of European Aluminium Refiners and Remelters (OEA). |

20 reports, presented by foreign and Russian experts on the urgent problems of production and application of secondary aluminium alloys, were made during the plenary sessions. |

In the last day of the Seminar the participants made a field trip to JSC “Plant of Secondary Metals and Alloys” in the town of Podolsk. (Moscow region). |
Proceedings of the International Seminar “Aluminium Recycling”
(including reports, presentations, complete list of participants with
their companies’ addresses) will be available on a CD. You may order

RECYCLING" 
The
International Seminar “Aluminium Recycling” was held on March 20-22,
2002 in “Marriott-Tverskaya” Hotel. The Seminar was met with a great
interest: 125 specialists representing 83 companies from Russia,
the USA, Germany, Great Britain, Czechia, the Netherlands, Austria,
Italy, Norway, Ukraine, Finland, Belarus and Uzbekistan attended
the Seminar. 
Seminar’s participants visited the Exhibition Stands of the companies:
Altek LLC (USA), Hertwich Engineering (Austria), EMP Technologies
Ltd (Great Britain), Stinchcombe Furnaces (Great Britain), BKB Metals
(Czechia), J.McIntyre Machinery (Great Britain), Thermcon Ovens
(the Netherlands), Promtradeintel (Russia), TTC Ltd (Great Britain)
and Europeum Service (Russia).
