We are glad to announce that the Second International Conference and Exhibition “Magnesium – Broad Horizons” will be held on June 6-8, 2007 in Saint-Petersburg, one of the most beautiful and picturesque cities, so called “North Venice”. Organizer: “Alusil-MVT” under support of International Magnesium Association (IMA), China Magnesium Association (CMA), Chongqing Science & Technology Commission of the Chongqing Government (China), Chongqing University (China), GKSS-Research Center (Germany), Russian National Aluminium-Magnesium Institute. The issues concerning the status of the magnesium market development, technologies of magnesium and magnesium alloys production and application, their treatment and recycling, as well as the status and prospects for the magnesium application development in car industry and other industries will be discussed. The Conference will be accompanied by the Exhibition.

The first in Russia International Conference & Exhibition “Aluminium Casting” will be held in Moscow “President Hotel” in March 27-29, 2007. The Conference is organized by Alusil-MVT under the assistance of Russian Association of Foundrymen and Aluminium Extruders Association (AEA). The Conference will be supplemented by the exhibition of the state-of-the-art casting equipment, technologies and materials.

The Second International Conference and Exhibition “Aluminium in Building and Construction” will be held in President-Hotel, Moscow on October 17-19, 2006. The Conference is organized by «Alusil-MVT» Company and Aluminium Extruders Association «AEA». The issues concerning the results and trends of aluminium application in order to form new architectural decisions in building and construction, progress in modern manufacture and finishing of aluminium metallurgical semi-products for construction purposes will be discussed. The main goal of the Forum is to form complex approach with the purpose to increase architectural expressiveness and quality of modern buildings on the basis of wide use of manufacturing potentialities of the aluminium industry.

Organizers: Aluminium Extruders Association «AEA» (Russia) and «Alusil-MVT» company (Russia). The goal of the coming Forum is to thoroughly discuss the state and the main tendencies of the present market of coatings on aluminum alloys and to demonstrate the latest achievements in science and technology.

On March 29-31, 2006 the 3rd International Conference and Exhibition “Aluminium Recycling” was held in President Hotel, Moscow, Russia. The Conference was organized by Alusil-MVT Company and Aluminium Extruders Association (AEA) under the support of Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation, Organization of European Aluminium Refiners and Remelters (OEA) and Inter-regional Center of Secondary Non-ferrous Metallurgy.
