Mark S. Sirotinsky

Chief Scientific Consultant of the Moscow Representative Office.

He graduated from the Moscow Highest Technical University named after N. Bauman.
Doctor of technical science, specialties "Technology of aircraft production" and "Metal forming".
Professor of Logistics in the Moscow Aviation Institute.

He is a leading Russian specialist in the area of theory of cyclical processes of metal forming, one of the creators of the technology and equipment for cross rolling of aluminum alloys. He is the author of more than 100 publications and 50 inventions.
Laureate of the State Prize.

On behalf of the State Committee for Science and Technics he participated in the formation of national program for aluminum industry development, aluminum production and application in construction, building, transportation and food industry, in agriculture and in the machinery for the North applications.

He is a member of several Expert Councils including the expert committee for the design of the Sayansky smelter. Academic secretary of the Academic Council for light alloys and of the Committee for engineering materials of GKNT (State Committee for Science and technology). He participated in the expert technical evaluation of the largest metallurgical plants of aluminum industry in Russia.
