Vladimir V. Boytsov

Head of metal forming laboratory in NIAT. Graduated from the Moscow Steel and Alloys Institute.

Doctor of Science, speciality "Aicraft production technology". Professor, speciality "Forging and stamping" of the Automotive Institute.

He is well known in Russia as an expert in the technology and equipment for stamping of aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys.

He is an author of more than 150 publications including textbooks, manuals and monographs and more than 50 inventions.

He is a creator of the process of die forging in isothermal conditions and of a complex of technologies for titanium alloys billet production.

Vladimir V. Boytsov is one of the project managers for equipment development for automated precise forging and stamping.
