He has great scientific and practical experience in the field of extruded tubes production. One of the developers of the technology and equipment for aluminum tube production using the method of high-frequency welding implemented at many plants in Russia. A manager and direct participant of a number of innovation projects, successfully developed in aluminum industry.
Laureate of the State Prize. For more than 35 years M. Lokshin started his career as an engineer and later worked as Executive Director of All-Russia Institute of Light Alloys.
More than once he participated in International Congresses and symposia, in particular in ALUMITECH-94 and 97, ET-92, 96 and others. He is the author of 2 monographs, more than 50 articles and 37 inventions and patents.
