for ordering the CD via Internet or press "Print" for
printing the Form and sending it to us by Mail (3, Raspletina street,
Moscow, Russia, 123060) or by Fax: (+7 095) 192-7931.
Upon receipt of the completed order we will send you by
fax or by e-mail (specified in the order form) the invoice for payment
including CD cost, postage expenses and VAT. The CD will be delivered
to you by the way you specified in the order upon receipt of money on
our account.
